Going with a $675k purchase price, I come out with a $3000/mo housing expense (everything except principal repayment). Takes two (really) good incomes or a move-up buyer with equity to swing that expense.

I guess the housing bubble is still alive and well in "Crowed" Valley. People are nuts. 2 years from now those people are going to be very sad.
