During the mid to late 1800's there was an event known as THE BERLIN CONFRENCE where some Western countries but mostly American and European countries got together and divided Africa up amongst themselves. The did this under the disguise of preserving Africas natural resources for Africans who were being disenfranchized. U r correct... very deceptive!!!!!
