1) Did he use LegalZoom and their process for everything on the ShoeDazzle site?
2) How could he NOT know how many people work for him??
3) How could he NOT know how many people out of the unknown number of employees ar top level people? Does he NOT see tham all when they're having a meeting? (confused face, scratching my head).

Hello, this is Mark from Startup-Builder... Good content, but I found this rather dry... That being said... my videos are sometimes dry as well! It is hard to engage your audience and present your content in an exciting manner. Keep it up... you inspired me to improve. Thanks,

Jason Nazar is a terrible interviewer. He keeps interrupting Brian. I want to hear Brian's answer to otherwise very good questions, but he's not being given a chance. Nazar keeps interrupting and digressing, and many questions are not being answered instead. It's like Nazar is not even listening to what Brian is saying.

Brian is a criminal who worked to have Temple 420 shut down. This asshole should be in jail. He may have money, but he has no soul, so would trust his soles?
