Wayman Mitchell reads out the PH pastoral contract

This is Wayman Mitchell reading out the Pastor's "covenant" which is actually the legal contract that all Potter's House pastor's must sign. Of particular interest is the use of the phrase "human and financial resources" that the pastors have a claim to. The human resources are the members of the church, they are to remain under the claim of the ruling fellowship pastor. David Vicary was accused of taking members away with him which is a breach of the pastors contract.
