So it seems no one understands, or at least only a handful of people understand what "played by ear" means. For those of you that keep asking for the sheet music, HE PLAYED BY USING EAR. Thus he has no sheet music gosh... it's like the huge disclaimer at the start of the video wasn't enough.... =.=
