you should be hitting from the ground and creating hydrostatic shock into your opponent so when you hit someone the stay hit one punch one kill

Telegraphing would be a halfstep before a punch,lowering your arm before punching,things like that ......or rotating your hip reeeeally slow......

This is basically how hooks are thrown in boxing, it's all torque.
Jabs and crosses are better to be thrown the traditional way, where it's not torque as much as the shift of body weight.

I was taught this exact technique from a retired WW1 veteran when boxing. Once the technique is practiced - combined with others (slipping, parrying, combinations) - telegraphing becomes very nominal, and in some cases non-existent (depending on the skills of the fighter).

I am not so sure about the telegraphing. Boxers use the same principal to generate power, and they do not telegraph. I think this gentleman here is exagerating his movements to teach. What he does around 3:30 to 3:30 does nit look so telegraphed.
So if you combine it with a left jab, abd then use this to generate power for the right cross or the right bodyshot, the the jab would cover all possible telegraphing.
