@ecald12 Tears from the Stars is one of my favorites too. Excellent set list.

@MrNewyorkmatt you are one lucky man....

@A2KID420 Haha I understand you completely! As to Dido's Lament: I don't mean to spam, but I happen to have a video on my channel that explains just that. The very cellist from that performance talks bout his experience with JB, and how Jeff's singing completely changed the way he approached music as a classical musician. Interesting stuff.

@Feistism Sweet, there's a recording on youtube of Jeff singing Dido's Lament. Was wondering if you had knowlege of THAT hell of a performance.
I'm on this unstoppable crack-like JB binge 'n I'm lovin' it!!
-
@Feistism I'd love to hear this one at the correct level as well...I'll check your channel later.

@A2KID420 You are correct in noticing his tone. The actual performance wasn't this low. This version's pitch is lower by around one and a half semitones. I have the original source recording (with the correct pitch), which I can upload to my channel sometime this week.

was he sick or something during this performance? He still sounds great but his voice sounds really raspy and deeper. Especially in the beginning it's the least sounding like himself I've ever heard. Dope dope recording

Really like this. Tears from the Stars is one of my favorite Jeff bootlegs (sorry, Jeff, forgive me for appreciating bootlegs but we are desperate to hear you). I only wish I had been there in person at the Mercury Lounge in Dec 1995.

i totally love this song!

apparently the 6th dimension is the key to knowing when and where my favourite bootlegs are from ;D
