"Blue Collar Man (Long Nights)" is the first single Styx released from their album "Pieces of Gold" in 1978. It has been said the song was composed by Tommy Shaw after hearing the sound of his motor boat engine when it failed to start, making the riff of the song.
"Blue Collar Man" peaked at #21 on the U.S. Billboard chart.

@romygirl60 Yep, this is one of four songs I like from them. I also like Too Much Time On My Hands and Renegade, and the fourth one I plan to upload. You probably know which one I'm talking about lol.
