Cleaning a refrigerator thoroughly takes at least an hour. Never use bleach! Many years ago I used bleach to clean the interior. Two years later the smell of bleach was still in the refrigerator. The ice cubes tasted bad too. I was unable to remove the bleach smell no matter how hard I tried. A couple years later I moved to a different apartment and that's how the problem was solved.

Oh boy it is time to clean out my frig. I hate it because it takes over an hour to do it right. But what else do I have to do right? Fun oh fun. I wished I was a neat freak that you could eat off my floors but then I probably would have no life besides cleaning.

1 part water to 1 part bleach is way to heavy on the bleach. bleach is very strong and needs a good deal of dilluting. Also, make sure u wear gloves when you do this.
