About the ONLY thing comparable to CRT are the new LED TVs. I would even say that LCD's will be replaced with LEDs, but it will be gradual like everything modern.

@hitachi088 Yep, longer lasting and more dependable. They work in extreme conditions better than LCD's and when something goes wrong there easier to fix. The CRT will always be around, always.

Great video yet again, although the only reason I'm looking at 2 is because there are 2 CRTs in frame. I have a pair of LCDs now. ;)
