Okays, for the large part Im done with politics.

The bulk of this video deals with how PCS has adopted Intelligent Design.

However in what can only be described as a moment of jaw dropping stupidity, he blasts Intelligent Design by directly associating it with God and religion.

The whole of the intelligent design movement was basically about discussing creationism without using the words god or religion In less than 10 seconds, the most popular creationist on youtube has rendered the position of intelligent design in the media window of youtube untenable. Good Job PCS!

@1timby well they only erode away when they have stopped being made as the continental drift causing them to be pushed up has slowed down so the rate of erosion is faster than the rate of new material being made :)

and what does this have to do with evolution?

@titykaka1 Maybe you missed the point. If it only takes millions of years for a mountain to erode away then there are big holes in the evolution theory. We don't even want to think about the fact that when evolution occurs there have to be mutations that allow procreation.

@1Timby your numbers are exponentially off. You say Billions of years for Mts to form. If you drop that down a notch to millions of years, things come more into focus. That's the problem, creationist/ID frequently misuse, misinterpret and misquote science so it's terribly difficult to argue when very basic and simple concepts are not understood by creationists.
