NJ teacher falsely accused of gay bashing on Facebook

This teacher 1st amendment rights are violated by these gay activist and it's not fair,speaking TRUTH on her own facebook page is not gay bashing this is just wrong and they need to leave that woman alone!!!
They need to go find out why that butch woman went crazy at the McDonalds and get her some help!! LEAVE VIKI KNOX ALONE!!!

The problem is, the devil-inspired idiocy the "teacher" spewed was not the truth. It was a personal opinion, borne of ignorance and evil. Yes, she and all homophobes have the right to be stupid, and to say stupid things. In their deluded minds, anti-gay zealots may even think they're telling the "truth", but of course, decent, educated people also have the right to set them...straight, as it were.

People like the NJ teacher and her supporters are wont to spout all sorts of overheated rhetoric, much of which is irrational at best, in order to justify their prejudice. I wanted to show, from the other side, how absurd it is to rant about "evil spirits" and such, in reference to human beings who just want to live their lives in peace, without self-appointed morality police screaming about them being possessed by the devil.

UNION - After spending several months investigating special education teacher Vicki Knox, the Union school board decided she should not be teaching at the high school. Knox ignited a firestorm of worldwide attention in October when she posted anti-gay remarks on her public Facebook page. The board made the decision Dec. 20, officially approving a resolution to "certify" tenure charges against Knox.

Of course....but she doesn't have "guaranteed employment right". Anybody can say anything they want to......I learned at about age 4 that there are, however, consequences to free speech.

Who's the bully here? Well, the teacher has her 1st Amendment rights, so she has a right to her opinion. If she's fired, it's ultimately the decision of her employers, but she did not break any laws, so there are no grounds for legal action against her.
