@thatirishkid333 because that's more work than just bilging out the water. On top of the canoes weighing 80 lbs, we have gear, water containers, portage carts, food, and other loose items that would either get blown away or sent downstream if we unloaded every time we hit rain.

Where's the visual map showing where you go like you had for latin america?
Your cameraman did a good job, it's not easy shooting video with a DSLR like the 60D, much more difficult than with a camcorder.

@canon21100 yea, it's tough to shoot on those. Especially to maintain balance. I must say, the man has some impeccable balance.

@tramplamps no fee, it was free of charge. There way of making up for building the dam in the first place.
