Oxygen Sensor Repair

I do not know the proper way to describe this, but if you are a visual learner I can guarantee that this video will help you in your quest to replace your busted O2 sensor. Anyone who really knows their stuff, feel free to correct me through comments and ratings. I am the ultimate novice.

I have the same car altima 95 2.4l twin cam

very good car,especially the engine.

do you have any tips to fix when the oil

goes into the ignition wires,it's a pain cause

the car doesn't burn the gas very well and i dont have acceleration,

You probably need to replace the valve cover gaskets. These are the rubber pieces on the bottom of the spark plug holes. Chances are you will also need to replace the wires as well if the oil has drenched them to the point of malfunction. You have no acceleration because your engine is misfiring. Your spark plugs are not working right due to the oil. Poor spark plugs, poor ignition, poor acceleration. A whole engine tune up might be something to consider. This is a DIY job with some research.

Buy a sensor from the dealer. Those OEM sensors from Pep Boys and Auto Zone are crap. My mom bought a Bosch from Auto Zone and it was DOA. Bought a Mopar from the Chrysler dealer and it worked just fine. The dealer sensor was only $5 more than the Bosch.
