BETTER THAN TOM CRUISE??! Chris Hardwick is the ORIGINAL Stacee Jaxx in Rock of Ages!

Ok, I'm probably not better than Tom Cruise.

I played Stacee Jaxx in the original Rock of Ages production, which ran in Los Angeles in 2005 and 2006. So here's a video that was shot at one of those performances. The sound's not great, and it's only one camera. Because of commitments at G4 and Nickelodeon, I wasn't able to go New York to appear on Broadway, but it was super fun and basically million dollar karaoke.

I'll never forget the two years I got to pretend I was an asshole rock star.

Side note: No Actual Girls Were Violated in the Making of this Production.

2 minutes and 40 seconds is not enough. Any DVD, Blu-ray, Digital copy of entire performance? Hey, I will even settle for VHS. Of course I would probably have to hitch a ride in the TARDIS to acquire a VHS player. Warning, troll-ish comment ahead: Mr. T. C. seemed slightly creepy as Jaxx (disclosure: I only watched short clips of the movie). Chris Hardwick seems more comfortable with the Stacee Jaxx part. Hmm that comment could also be taken as troll-ish.

You guys know most rockstars are small skinny guys. There voices and life styles change our view Tom seems to be more of what happen after our mind alters what we see. Chris is what is the reality rock of was never meant to be a story so serous but a light hearted view of the rockstars story with serous notes. By making it take itself so serous the movie lost what gold the play streak had struck making to different stories. I say play is better because of the humor but that's just me.
