@Lancemasterz it WAS a guarenteed drop back i 3.3.2 but with the release of cata blizzard took away the guarenteed and made it a low drop rate to negate the amount of ppl having it.

@ANCAFElover12 I've ran 25 HM ICC 6 times, it hasn't dropped once. I believe it was a 5% drop last time I saw it on WoWhead
