  • Ya gotta have a plan! Looks like you have a good one. I got mine from Triathlon Geek. I'm training for the SuperFrog 1/2 in April in San Diego. It's the Navy SEAL's race. I like the plan because it incorporates strength training and yoga. I've found that I have much more power since bringing that in. Less injuries as well. You have to sacrifice time on the road, but it works well for me. KEEP IT UP.

  • Thanks for your insight -I appreciate it! I will have to check that plan out -I definitely feel better when I am doing strength and yoga too. Good luck on your race. I will be in San Diego in February -used to live there. I'm sure that is a great race.

  • I know I've said it before, but that haircut looks fantastic on you. :)

  • Thanks!

  • You are such an inspiration! You will kick butt!

  • Thanks for your support :)

  • Thanks. It is my first Half, so we'll have to see. Just got done with a 41 mile/4mile BRICK that destroyed me. Glad I've got another 12 weeks.

  • You will be ready -I'm sure of it. Look how much you have already accomplished!

  • Awesome- looking forward to seeing your updates. I am training for a Triathlon in June. I hope I am ready by then to do it.
