The body of Christ, the church, is not taught that if they are true followers of
Christ, they will suffer, why? it's right there in the Scriptures. we are taught
that if we except Christ we will live happily ever after. Shame on us. Sometimes
the only thing that will develop Godly character in us is suffering. It's why so many
new converts quit and give up and never learn perseverance.

The most valuable lessons seem to be the hardest to hear. Beyond worth it!!!

May I indeed be willing to suffer for the cause of my Lord!
Lord help me not to be comfortable in this life.
