Club Indigo Haiti

Joel and Yvonne Trimble visit Club Indigo in beautiful Haiti . Yvonne goes into the kitchen and learns how to make "poulet neg maron" , an old Haitian chicken recipe using local dried mushrooms (dyjon dyjon). When the "poulet neg Maron makes it to the buffet at lunch time Joel gets more than His share!

By the way "livelife232007" when one goes to a resort in DR, the guests aren't Dominicans but white foreigners in most part. Most of the people on the beach were Haitians unless you are partially blind. It is Haiti, get use to it!
