The Fixx - Secret Separation (Extended Version)

This is the extended version of the song "Secret Separation" by The Fixx which was the first single off of their fourth CD "Walkabout". The song peaked at #19 on the Billboard Hot 100 on July 26, 1986 and for two weeks at #1 on the Mainstream Rock Chart starting July 5, 1986. It was their second of three #1's on the rock chart. It also peaked at #83 bubbling under the UK Top 75 chart, as well as reaching #39 on the Canadian pop chart. This video includes footage from the trailer for Warner Brothers' "The Fountain". That movie as well as this song are about lovers separated across time (sort of).

Wow, I didn't think anybody knew about this one! This is THE lost Fixx track. I discovered this one summer of '86 while driving a truck with an AM radio listening to 96rock AM. Good find!!
