  • I got 3 reps of 80kg dumbbells a few weeks ago. Over training for strength, time to put on some size now!

  • 10 plates on each dumbbell means 100kg (with 10kg plates) or 50 kg (with 5kg plates). Something is wrong with the weight IMHO...

  • sorry the bigger plates are 7.5kg and the smaller ones 5...the bar weight does not count. if u dont believe me it really doesnt mean anything to me! if you look at my other video its quite obvious the weight is lighter and im doing more reps on my own so this is obviously heavier than that vid

  • the plates are 10kg each look at my 55kg dumbbells presses the weights look bigger coz they are 5kg plates!!!

  • hahaha way to much for you my friend evean buddys arms behind you are shaking from helping you out so much ... post one more without your b.f helping you and ill be impressd

  • im pretty sure ur pretty jealous... obviously the initial lift is the hardest part... I dont even count getting it up there as a first rep in case you didnt notice... he only helped me getting it to starting position and on the last rep where he changed the position of his hands. Its called going reps to failure for a reason.

  • its impressive how strong you are with this bodyweight, respect!

  • it'll be 75kg dumbbells 150kg total

  • you should know that when uploading a vid to youtube should expect some negative comments on asisted reps

  • I don't see why there is something wrong with a spotter touching the weight. In this case, it seems he's helping out a little but when you lightly tap something it's barely giving 1 pound pressure max. It's best to be very close to the weight in order to ''spot'' it, otherwise you might not be quick enough to catch it when it does fall. I see too many videos where spotters are miles away and then when the shit hits the fan, they are too far away to be of any use. -while training, not competing.

  • good shoulder workout for your partner

  • nice 2 person exercise

  • i h8 these youtube vids where people claim theyre lifting like 100kg dumbells when theyre really 40s, if that. I do have respect for those who tell the truth

  • Fuck the haters. Excellent lift.

  • nice weight for a pencil body

  • not hating but your spotter shouldnt touch you until your last rep. everyone can do more if there is another force helping you with the weight.
