Lilou, If you catch a fish and look at on land, its not really a fish, its something smaller. But when you see the same fish in the water.. moving about in its natural environment.. THEN its a fish. The correct way to look at a fish therefore, is to focus on the water. Even when the fish appears.. keep on focusing on the water. You will see the fish embraced in its context, and it will be more beatifull than ever before. When the teacher is ready, the student appears..

I been practicing and maybe a little deeper by believing what i am thinking; by actually going their and experiencing the feelings at that place.I don't leave until i actually feel it. once i'm there i enjoy the pleasure it gives me then i forget about not having it Marvelous things have been happening; most of them without my effort, just my thoughts.The things that i have desired for a long time but didn't believe are now coming into effect in a short period of time without me even thinking..
