http://www.USH2.com Wood chips were gasified by a new high speed process and the gas is stored in a weather balloon... this video shows the gas from the balloon being used in a stove and in a gas light as well as a high output demonstration.

  • Awesome video. How long can producers gas be stored in a balloon & remain viable as fuel?

I'll keep checking to see if you're ready to release that high speed gasification unit.

Last question. Have you ever heard of using a rocket stove to make producers gas. Seems hot enough.

  • @mangyscavenger the producer gas can be stored FOREVER or until the balloon pops. it does not spoil, it does not go bad, its a gas, not gasoline. NO.. a rocket stove is about as far away from a producer gas generator as you can get, you do NOT use a rocket stove to make producer gas in any shape or form.

  • hi this was very nice. my question may already have been asked and anserwed,i,m new to this.if i put a empty tank in a chest freezer with a gas source and line connected, will it liquefie and fill up?my house has uninsulated shallow unconnected foundation around laundry room and during winter running the gas dryer sounds the same as turning on the water tap seems to be liqud running thru the line. the gas company said thats normal for exposed line. wouldn,t comfirm liqudifacation though.

  • @robert66michel If your freezer goes down to -313F then it will liquefy. Notice, I said MINUS 313 Fahrenheit. So no... your freezer is not going to freeze carbon monoxide into a liquid. its a gas, its going to stay a gas, it in no way liquefies like propane or butane does.

  • @knowpub would it condense enough to make it worthwile ,more gas less space and pressure?

  • @robert66michel NO... it won't condense to a liquid above -313F AT ALL.. ZERO, ZILCH, NOT one Itty bitty tiny amount. Its not a partial thing, its all or nothing. You can compress it and store it and use it just like you do Natural Gas, there are plenty of natural gas tanks and compressors and regulators and everything else available on the open market.

  • Pardon my ignorance, but how long can the gas be stored? If it is mostly CO, would the pressure not lead to formation of some CO2, which is more stable, and precipitation of solid carbon?

Thank you, and dang impressive flame there!

  • nice gas burner stove! i also got one but i beleive it is just manual no auto-ignite.

Does anyone know how to modify or install an auto-ignite for this kind of gas burner ? Thanks if someone can point me a direction . Take care all!

  • @man4cannabis Thanks... yes, you can store the gas in an inner tube, it works very well, you can move the wood gas, producer gas, in to the tube with a standard shop air compressor that has a hose on its intake hooked up to the gas, and its output hooked up to the inner tube. -STeve

  • nice work i saw someone use a truck tire tube it as a vale on it and you can stack as many as you want on top of each other thanks for video very nice
