Can you make another video where you leave the tps at 14, wait for LPH to settle to zero, then shift into neutral gear to show that fuel flow increases in neutral?

This would be useful for hills with stop junctions at the bottom. I think my S reg Fiat Brava is carburetted but I'm not sure. On a carburetted engine with no fuel shutoff, will it use more fuel when engine braking or idling or the same?

in a manual box, is it better to be in neutral or engine brake in 4th or 3rd gear while going down a gentle hill? is it better to sacrifice engine wear over fuel economy?

It's better to keep it in gear so you'll have better control of your downhill speed without relying too much on your brakes. Saving gas while doing it is just a bonus.
Engine braking, if done correctly, will not cause any more wear on the engine than when accelerating.

good video, when coasting in gear under no throttle like this when do you find that the injectors begin delivering fuel again? at a vehicle or engine speed perhaps? and will the car do this in any gear?

Generally, fuel delivery resumes when the RPM drops to about 900-1k RPM. This happens most of the time on 3rd or 4th gear I think, just by feel since this is A/T.
