unnecessarily..Families not told it is unnecessary, have no real defense, no due process, and no real recourse--Judges may not be aware n children suffer .. clients cannot speak in court- judges only hear what lawyers say..Unsuspecting

Moms n Dad's end up involved in lengthy litigation.. Even appeals can take ten yrs- children grown by then!- and no-one can afford lawyers fees- for a corrupt system ...Attorneys know parents don't know the process or their rights n take advantage of them, over n over again. Criminals belong n court- NOT Families. We, many thousands of families, r held hostage to an abusive, corrupt system called Family Court.

They took my children away and put them on drugs at 5 years old. I only found this out from my youngest during a visit that he was being medicated. Yet I was asked to sigh a permission slip for them to cut their hair. He was moved almost to 10 different foster homes before the age of 6. My childrent was sold by Jacksonville IL dcfs then our case worker got a Promotion !!!!!!
