Truly inspired, thanks for the encouragement to contribute although that may take awhile :D (and the dual purpose fleece cap idea, always try and find 2-3 uses per item whenever possible).

@canesser1 I bought mine from Sara (Sarbar) - at Freezer Bag Cooking dot Com. You'll have to get out all her recipes and ideas for this style of cooking. She's got a great website and cookbook (I have one).

@canesser1 Nice of you to comment and watch - thanks! The Ziplocs are the freezer bag type, so they are heftier - able to withstand temperatures both ways - including boiling water. It is recommended that you place the bag in another holder or cozy to be safe.

Really getting an education watching your vids Wawhiker. Forgive my ignorance but was that hot water you were putting in the Ziploc bag? Didn't realize those bags would handle that kind of heat and be safe to eat from. How hot can it stand?
Great ideas. Thanks for sharing. Peace.

What would you recommend for a cozy? Like your flame pattern!

@canesser1 ...or - keeping it simple - I recently have switched to using my fleece cap as a cozy. I carry it with me away, and it's a great insulator already...
