Sorry Adrian for lateness in replying. I have not accessed youtube for a while. The investment is 30% downpayment and then 70% in 24 monthly installments which is the period of time for construction. Flats go from USD 70K up to 150K depending on size and location within the development. If you want more details pls let me know
