The demo mode of 3DMark 2000. 60 FPS (YouTube allows it, though on slow PCs the Flash player can skip frames.)

High quality version of this video:

  • this is 30fps -_-

  • HQ is 30 FPS. When I uploaded it, HQ was not even available on YouTube ;) Now it seems YT only keeps the HQ versions of videos. So the 60FPS version seems lost forever.

  • Pretty interesting. And it still keeps the 60 FPS on high quality. Pretty good.

You should explain the steps or make a tutorial...I dunno xD

    Good Job

  • I didn't do anything special. The video I uploaded is linked to in the description to the right and YouTube simply kept the 60FPS. This seems to be no longer the case anymore though.

  • Seems 60fps to me.

Or did you mean that Youtube doesnt keep videos 60fps even if the source video is 60fps?

  • It seems it doesn't work anymore for new videos. Videos that have been already uploaded in the past and YT kept them at 60FPS still play at 60FPS of course.

  • @gizmosense Incorrect. Change the resolution to 240p and then right click > show video info. It will show 60fps.

  • this video can be easily identified as 30fps video, there are no answers to keep 60fps in youtube.

  • 240p is 60 fps

  • 240p is 60fps

  • To everyone who says it's only in 30fps, change the resolution to 240p.

  • this is far from 60fps, not even 50fps or 40fps, it's just 30fps

  • Awesome! I wish Youtube would support 60p again, I want to bob deinterlace my home videos so I can upload them at progressive double frame rate. If we have 4k video on YT I can't imagine why we can't have 60p in standard definition.

  • YT really needs to hurry up and fully support 60fps.

  • @DrGWR11 you know if youtube play videos in 60 fps?

  • 240p has still 60 fps, doesnt matter on computer speed since the HQ midifiers limit it down the the embarassing 30 fps
