Thanku soo much for this vid. My grandmother just passed and she raised me and my sisters and this was one of her great homecooked meals. Im away at college and didnt know the recipe at all. Thanks ladies! Yes NatPaige I threw the veggies away I used to make the broth. I forgot to add that after an hour is up you can remove the chicken and let the stock simmer on low for up to 8 hours for a more flavorful stock. I'm just way to greedy & impatient for that.

yes it really is very easy, it takes some time though....or maybe that was because I was trying to make it with a toddler on my hip. Either way it's so worth it!
