@Suckerman12 The Pizza Place was called Villa Capri and was a yellow colored building. Today it's called the Pizza Mouse and is "terracotta" colored. It was on the corner of Miller Field, across from the gym named Miller Hall.
Thanks for posting video. It brought back lots of great memories. Streets looks exactly the way I remember it, even after 20 years. I miss Germany. The people, the culture, the food, the night clubs, all the friends I met along the way. I shall be back. Once again, thanks for posting the video.
OMG, I used to walk these street so many times. I lived in the American houses, on the other side of Camp Pendleton. Areound the corner from that pizza place and the gym. MISS IT SO.
Nice! driving down Gruenbergerstrasse towards Ludwigsplatz and the Dach Cafe, then onward in the direction of the pedestrian mall, then turning left on Sudanlage (I think)... it's been a lot of years but I enjoyed seeing Giessen again through your video. Thanks a lot for posting!
ps I'd love to see a video-drive eastward on Grunberger (49) out to Oppenrod, specifically up and down Haydnstrasse. :)
I am looking for monument across the river Bismarck, can anyone give me a video on this?
