@SEFYH Well, I'm not the genius you were speaking to, or a genius of any kind, but just an opinion if I may. I think he is "great for some songs"; I too have heard him sound just awful on some things, yet, for this song, it was the best version I ever heard (just my taste). But after this one, he could never really capture the magic again, and I think that is why he has not gone too far.

Quality control .. he learns that he soars to the top of ranks in music. he has the voice but placing that quality mark on it.. Would see him soar.

@SEFYH Well not all "Rank Strangers" making comments on youtube can't sing. Jacob Lusk's voice shakes badly because he has poor control over his vibratto, probably due to the pure emotion he puts into his songs. While in most cases this is beneficial, there are some drawbacks. He didn't win because Jacob appeals to a very specific group of people. Nobody in their right mind can deny his talent, but I for one think there were better contestants than him. Jacob Lusk DOES have a contract.

@junmanamaw Day-um!!!! You figured me out!! You're good. You should become a detective! For you to be able to discover that a RANK STRANGER MAKING COMMENTS ON YOUTUBE can't sing is amazing! Now that you've solved that mystery...Tell me why Jacob's voice shakes so bad and his runs are sloppy. Also, tell why he didn't WIN the competition or why he doesn't have a recording contract if his voice has such "greatness." Tell me THAT, since you have all the answers. Huh...Speak up genius!!
