Why are people so critical of this video? I think it's a great video. All that matters is that they can get people to help, and if this is the way, that's great.

This seems more of a promotional to get people to come to Starbucks then about helping the community. No one is going to actually go five hours just for a cup of coffee, but someone already going for 5 hours or more would get an incentive to go to Starbucks. The concept sounds good.
