With the greatest Kavod Omshinover Rebbe, Do you know why everyone has heard of R'Shlomo, but very few of the Omshinover Rebbe? because the Omshinover Rebbe is surrounded by his Hassidim, surrounded by people who knew of his greatness, but R'Shlomo , where are his Chassidim? he has no Hassidim because there was no one who can follow in his footsteps because his 'chassidim' are the people of the world. lo kam ke' shlomo od. Would you care to elaborate on that? Shlomo Carlebach's music and message does nothing but glorify Torah and Hashem. I think you're confusing Reb Shlomo with someone else in history, someone with a much more destructive influence who was a true heretic. Shlomo Carlebach played a huge role in the baal teshuva movement, bringing non-religious back to yiddishkeit.

Does anybody know if Amshinov keeps the same kedisha vthara rules as gerrer chassidim? Gerrer chassidim only have marital relations every other friday night. They also keep the harchokos of niddah 24/7 even if the wife is not a nidda. Do amshinover chassidim do this too or is it just Ger?
