yes, fraid so, he means well - (& even though some of his books are not so badly researched) - he is, in the end, sorry 2 say, slightly on the bonkers side. go look for very early interviews!!

My 'take on reality' is that this earth is HUGELY overpopulated (this is being cofirmed more and more so as time goes on, by..EXPERTS) -

These LOONS are getting in the way of achieving real progress - ie really and correctly dealing with the central problem -ie that being v. MASSIVE overpopulation

I believe billy has alot to offer but when i saw the pictures i laughed

BUT i dont think that just because the pictures are fake that what he has to say isnt ligament

my theory is that billy faked the pictures because if he had pictures there would be more attention drawn to his case and he knew his message would be important so he did what he could for attention.

hey kelsoh - not fake! on youtube watch the video 'Historic UFO over Mexico City', that one - most likely real - and very much similar to meier's beamships - in regard to movement also.
