Gave this a go and it works really well. Bit tricky doing it myself but you soon get use to it.

now how I suppose to concentrate on the foot when there is something elses flashing out ?

@bazzakazam Custom orthodics would be relative to the foot. Typically those with chronic plantar fascitis have a rearfoot or forefoot varus deformity, in turn causing the midtarsal joint to be unstable during propulsion, causes shear stresses on the plantar fascia. In this case a medial post (on rearfoot or forefoot, or both) is usually the solution. Things like tight calf muscles are almost always symptoms not causes.

If you are flexible enough to reach the bottom of your foot, you can do it yourself. There's a bit of a learning curve, but anyone can get good at taping themself.
