  • If you are flexible enough to reach the bottom of your foot, you can do it yourself. There's a bit of a learning curve, but anyone can get good at taping themself.

  • Gave this a go and it works really well. Bit tricky doing it myself but you soon get use to it.

Your model in this video has a lovely bottom

  • now how I suppose to concentrate on the foot when there is something elses flashing out ?

  • @bazzakazam Custom orthodics would be relative to the foot. Typically those with chronic plantar fascitis have a rearfoot or forefoot varus deformity, in turn causing the midtarsal joint to be unstable during propulsion, causes shear stresses on the plantar fascia. In this case a medial post (on rearfoot or forefoot, or both) is usually the solution. Things like tight calf muscles are almost always symptoms not causes.

  • Would someone be able to tape their own foot?

  • wait wait wait.....why was it necessary to make her so short on clothing?????i cant focus on taping............offcourse.

  • thanks for the vid, helpful. would you recommend custom ortotics
