This was originally a laserworld RGY laser at 300-500 mw range. When I got it the red lasers nor the galvo control worked. I bypassed the galvo controller and mounted the x,y, galvos directly to the IC, I also ordered a blue laser module with 25 khz TTL modulation and mounted it in along with a 12 volt rail into the laser.. It needs some work but the project is coming together pretty well. It currently runs a 300 mw green laser and a 400 mw blue laser and is capable of running 700 mw in total
@danksmokaz This is a rebuild off a laserworld RGB laser. it is not using the arduino kit. It has DMX 512 and ILDA and audio designs on board, with the galvo driver this si a 20-30 kpps laser with TTL for 2 laser colors. its about 15 kpps without the driver " its currently hot wired to the logic board " you can buy galvo kits off ebay at a decent rate they rance $100-$500 depending on KPPS and how many lasers the board can support. do research on galvo lasers and scanners and TTL modulation.

dude so sick....i have some lasers and some goodies but scanning is the next level! does this have something to do with an OSC circuit and a PLC chip? ive always wanted to boild a digital 15k scann head ! i heard it is possible to make them at slower speed with nice stepper moters...how dod you code the scan ? pic axe? /arduino?
