Spiral onstage at grassroots fest- April 21, 2006

www.spiralhoopdance.com--Me hooping during a percussive portion of the late night set of The Booty Band (www.bootyband.com) at Shakori Hills Grassroots Fest...Friday 1:33 am.
**Disclaimers: By the time this was filmed, I'd already done a full festival day, driven 2 hours roundtrip to do my weekly gig of 3 sets of fire hoop (hence the silver costume) and been on stage a few minutes to wonderfully fast drumming**
So i was feeling tired...and then the beat changed and got funky as the lights turned green...and the second wind kicked in. Though the space was fairly tight with equipment and musicians, I still managed to throw down a little...hoop awareness-enhanced bliss!
