The HUD is quite interesting and very different from the final game, almost a bit like the BioShock's Art Deco style.

Litude1 probably did not get the beta, it's just another short HL1 beta vid VALVemade at the time when they still made the game. I am pretty sure Litude1 did not get the beta.
