so what was the outcome of the BBC being sued?after all the story was true,there where no privacy issues at stake! it was a simple story of dumping of highly toxic rubbish in the ivory coast and the firm that did it issued injunctions left right and center to stop the story getting out...(after all news like that is bad for there business) well it got out and they had to back down after trying to subvert the right of the press to report what was said in the house of commons!
