I sat down on the cold side walk for a little bit longer under a tree to protect me from the cold. I tried to stop crying but when I did I realized once we landed in Hollywood California and got home I would be getting ready to pack up and leave again im sick of it . This is turning out to be the worst day ever in my life ! I continued to cry through my sarrow. Whats been up with me crying these day esiapally tonight and the rain what is my life one those soap operas that just a hole bunch of girls crying! Ugg I hate my life Dear God I wish You would make yourself useful and throw a lightning bolt at me something it was better than what my dad was going to do to me or even worse what Kevin would do to me. I zipped my hoodie up tighter trying to warm my body. And me crying wasnt helping either. I final got my self to getter when kevin pulled up and let nick out of the car to come get me with an unbrella which wouldnt make a difference considering I was wet from the inside and out not one part of me was dry except for my friendship with Maddie the girl who was supposted to be my friend. I slide into the car with nick Behind me he closed the door and grabbed my arm and pulled me into a hug
Kevin: Alex WHERE WERE YOU !!!!!
Alex: Ummm
Kevin: YOU KNOW WEVE Got Me GOING CRAZY looking FOR YOU !!!!!!!
Alex: Kevin I
Kevin:I dont want to hear it!!!!!!!!
He sounded pissed
Joe: Kevin relax shes fine now just take a chill pill Im sure she had a reason What happened Alex we turned around and you were gone
Alex: umm nothing
Joe: Come alex you think Im that dumb
Alex: well
Joe: seriously Alex what happen
Alex: Well I kind of ran into Maddie
Joe: Thats great! I bet you guys were having so much fun u just forgot to tell us Now it all makes sense!

I shivered in my wet clothes
Nick: Alex Your freezing, your going to get sick at this rate
He moved over to me pulled me in closer to him into a hug

Alex: Ok MOM did you put a little extra something in your coffee

Alex: ok So after I sat down when I turned around I saw Maddie with two other girls and they were talking about being best friends Eternity and stuff and that they would never lose each other and I turned around and to talk to her and she gave me a hole bunch of Bull shit

Alex: did I say bull shit I said red bull ANY way! I got really upset because before we moved we both made a promise that no one would come between our friend ship and never loose touch but she well you know so I ran out. I got so upset that I basically ran to the middle of no where so found a bench and the next thing I knew I was a sleep I..
Kevin: Hold on !! You mean you have been sleeping on a bench for this whole time!
Nick: hey I pitch that like 2 hours ago
Kevin: Sorry nick Go on Alex
Alex: I woke back up and all of a sudden I saw Maddie She
Starts cry
Alex: We talked I told how I felt like she was pushing me away and she told me that we could never be Best Friends Forever any more Not Even just friends and then I left
Joe: Im sorry Alex
Nick: come here
He pulled me closer to him my wet hair soaking the chest part of his favorite blue button down shirt. I weeped for like 6 minutes and then I shivered. I felt colder now
Alex: What time is it ?
Kevin: um like 7:05 we suppost to leave at 8:00 but wit big storm I dont think we could get home Ill call Dad see whats up
Alex: I would call mommy shell take it easier
Kevin: True
He called her and let Joe talk to her since it was all ready hard enough to drive and he didnt want to get in another accident Joe got off the phone
Joe: Theres some good news Mom, said that she was putting of you going to St. Judes another day or two so you might go Monda
Alex: Really
Joe: ya she bought some time with dad and this is going to give us some time to convince him to let you to stay
Alex: thats good I guess
Nick(confused) I guess
Alex: I dont want to talk about
