What are you saying in the end?

Anyone who have ever tried blending something as nuts in a kitchenaid? Obviously fruits and greens contains a lot of juice that will help it go around after just a few seconds. The Vitamix blender does it quite well, but more expensive... Any experience? And with raw food?

What's so special about it?

@Lifegiver75 Thanks for your comment. This model is the KSB540 assembeld in USA.

Thanks for asking. It is all about the details and engineering behind the design of the container, blades, electric motor and so on, to manufacture a product that actually does the job, plus you want the product to look sharp on your counter top!

I bought a ksb560 for my mom, and i noticed when you first push a button to start it, it starts fast for a fraction of a second then it slows down then goes back to fast and stays that way. It does this within two seconds in the beginning only. Is this normal?

@arcangel530 This great feature which is just like an automatic pulse function enhances the ability of your blender to better crush down large and dense slices of fruits, e.g. pine apple or cantaloupe slices. Notice that in my video I essentially did the same function manually!

I noticed my Cuisinart (which I have abused because it is such a POS) smelled like something was burning while I was blending smoothies for 3. Couldn't handle the ice I guess, so I let it burn up. Thank goodness and finally. Bought the Cuisinart KSB560 for about 61.00 new online because of your puzzling video. What an interesting demonstration, funny almost! Great advertising!

@coabsher Thanks for your comment. Honestly, I don't work for Kitchenaid. I was only so excited to use my new blender for the very first time. I wasn't even sure that it can do it at all. My old blender would totally fail it guaranteed. It actually turned out very well to my surprise. So I decided to share it. I would love to see how your Cuisinart performs. Please post your video and let me know. Cheers!
