This is true! Look under IPAB 15 Death Panel. It's in your computer just look it up. There is pages among pages of this Death Panel procedures. Obama wants to get rid of the old just to brain wash the new kids. Until a child cost to much for the governments medical. Then the child will die even if he has a chance to live.
