My niece and I had the opportunity to help on the Hampton's home in Ash Grove, Missouri. These are pictures of that experience. We got to meet and touch Ty Pennington as well as designers Paige Hemmis and Michael Moloney. Ashley Tisdale was the special guest. It was totally awesome.

I enjoyed your video. I wish there was audio, but I understand why you couldn't do it. I'm married, but I do have the hots for Ty. :-) He seems like such a nice guy and Paige is one of my favorite designers on the show. She seems super sweet!

I originally used the song Final Countdown for my slideshow. But unfortunately now I can't use it. I'm tring to find a song using Audioswap but I'm not having much luck. If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it. Thanks for viewing my slideshow.

How did you volunteer? I really want to but I don't know when it is coming to Ohio. Did you just show up or did you have to apply? It would be really cool to help out.

I saw it announced on the news that they were coming to our area. I checked the news website and they had a volunteer number. I called it and left my information. I ended up calling several times and finally they said they had all the volunteers they needed. Then I checked the site that the builder created and they had a list of things needed for inside the house. One of the things on the list was 10 wall paper hangers. So I sent an email and they called the night before they needed us.

Cool thanks a lot! I can't wait until they come to our area or near by it. We need a little excitment around here, and it would be great to meet the whole team and everything. Also from when they shot it, how long until it came on the air?

The house was built in mid July and the show aired the beginning of October.
