民主黨的黨內投票制度和特首選舉一樣，表面上是不記名投票，實際 效果是記名投票。因為他們有授權票制度，當A黨員告訴B黨員自己 會投贊成票，而B黨員又不授權A黨員給他投票時，A黨員便知道B 黨員會投反對票，變成實際上在投票前已經能知道投票結果，亦能知 道誰投贊成票誰投反對票，結果這種投票制度便很容易被黨內元老以­ 各種方法來操縱結果。這亦是為甚麼民主黨在黨員大會投票前就那麼 肯定投票結果一定會通過支持政改方案。

@iammichaelkui I don't think 民主黨 need to take care this request form Yuk Man. Yuk man and his party can have right to request but 民主黨 can has his right to ignore this request. If they don't like it, they can decide to withdraw. BTW, I still think that Yuk Man is still the chairman of their Party. Where is ther real Chairman & the new management ? It looks like the whole party has only one directly from Yuk Man and he still be the God of his party.
