Could someone tell me how many calories some of these videos burn? I really want to know!

@carolyncarnage if you take an hour class you can burn up to 900 calories. I'm a very efficient calorie burner and burn 550, so most people can burn more, it really depends on each person. Some people are better at burning calories than others.

nice work out....will surely add this to my routine.im now adays working on ur jai ho,twist,shots,apple bottom,telephone n a few more songs n believe me its working 4 me...im getting in a good shape.i do zumba with u daily 1hour....plz can u guide a good diet plan 2...it will b really sweet of u....thanks...take care.

@suneela100 wow, good job. 1hour is really good. For diet plans, I would ry weight watches for ideas or check out the book called the Paleo diet. Just eat real food, not too much, and mostly plants, like I heard on the Oprah show =)
