Thank you for posting these tips, my grandson and I are just getting into fishing (he is 7) we have only fished 4 times now and caught 1 fish (a codling) that was about 10 inches long so put it back to fight another day. I am the worst caster in Margate UK it seems and these vids of yours will help me not look such a prat in the future I hope lol. We love it though and the quality time spent with Grand kids or kids is great. Here's hoping I improve guys "Gramps needs all the help he can get"

hi! nice video, gave me motivation to resume learning. however, when i do this, why does the flight of my bait not go straight. in other words why cant i cast straight?

Is your sinker flying right or left of target?? If it is consistantly left then you are probably coming in too early with the power. SLOW DOWN. If consistantly right then try a slightly shorter drop, should bring you back on center.

Nice vid, well explained,just one question, what length drop from tip to lead do you use?. Would a drop from tip to butt ring be about right?

Yes, drop down to bottom guide is what I use.
