West Houston "Niche" Neighborhoods

Within the West Houston Energy Corridor area just west of Eldridge Parkway are a number of upscale, gated communities built in the past 15 years. Confusion comes about over their confounding naming convention. Inside Parkway Villages are the following “niche” neighborhoods: Retreat, Tracewood Park, Maplewood Park, Enclave Lake, Briarstone Park, The Courts, Windsor Cove, Laguna Springs, Sienna Cove, The Villas, and Madera Vista. Just outside the Parkway Villages subdivision lies Charlton Park and Park on Enclave Townhomes, Oaks of Parkway, Baldwin Square, Meadow Briar and Briarhills, each a unique subdivision which may resemble the niche neighborhoods.
