You can't. This demo was only in Japanese, unfortunately. The English demo contained gameplay segments ripped directly from the finished game, not completely different ones such as this one.

You can kind of tell that the English voice actors tried to sound like the Japanese voice actors. I still think the English cast did a superb job.
