Mr the Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon could consider my application on an optional protocol to the Committee on the Rights of the Child to consider complaints from individuals, I would be honored.

Principle 7 para 3 clearly states that The child shall have full opportunity for play and recreation, which should be directed to the same purposes as education; society and the public authorities shall endeavour to promote the enjoyment of this right. But is it being provided by our schools, parents or even the society?
