The singer's name is Togawa Jun (戸川純). I don't know much about this musical, but the song is also available on her cover-album '20th Jun Togawa' released in 2003. Actually she don't try to sound like Dagmar Krause - it's not really the same genre of music and kind of singer -, neither she try to sound like Brigitte Fontaine, Phew or Patti Smith on the other tracks.
Great and weird album.
